The set is the algorithms with qualified public-data parsing (ssh-ed25519, ssh-rsa, ecdsa-sha2-nistp256). Other names - ecdsa-sha2-nistp384/nistp521, certificate and security-key types - have no enabled parser because their secret-bearing primitives are outside the qualified profile. Callers that process collections of keys shared with other implementations (for example known_hosts files) can skip such entries the way OpenSSH ignores key types it does not use, instead of treating the whole collection as malformed.
