Parses a public key blob (the string payload of a key exchange or the base64 body of a public-key line).

Parameters

The parsed key; data slices reference blob.

Throws

SshKeyException on truncation, unsupported algorithms,

malformed parameters, or an RSA modulus below the policy minimum.
