assertSameAcrossChunkings

Runs op on the inputs built three ways - as one chunk, as N uneven chunks, and as slices of larger chunks with odd offsets - and asserts the three results are equals. Extend the variant list when new chunking shapes matter; every operation's unittest should go through this harness from T12 on (plan section 12).
