The shared cross-chunking oracle harness of the DDN Analytics family.
assertSameAcrossChunkings runs an operation on its inputs built three ways - as one chunk, as N uneven chunks, and as slices of larger chunks with odd offsets - and asserts the three results are equals. It is compiled unconditionally (like the thread-pool test controls in ddn.columnar.parallel) so every package's unittests link against the ONE oracle; a copied harness could drift, and the oracle itself must never differ between packages.
