filenameStringSort

Sorts the list of names according to how I like to sort filenames.

Currently, it puts dots first, then numbers, in natural sort order (so 9 comes before 10, unless it overflows, in which case it falls back to string compare), then letters in order Aa, Bb, Cc, then everything else in utf-8 byte compare order.

I might change the specific details at any time.
