Connect to PasteClipboard signal.

Gets emitted to paste the contents of the clipboard into the text view.

The ::paste-clipboard signal is a keybinding signal.

The default bindings for this signal are

<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>v</kbd> and <kbd>Shift</kbd>+<kbd>Insert</kbd>.

Parameters

`callback`	signal callback delegate or function to connect `void callback(gtk.text_view.TextView textView)` `textView` the instance the signal is connected to (optional)
