Set cellArea property.

Parameters

propval The [gtk.cell_area.CellArea] used to layout cell renderers for this view. If no area is specified when creating the icon view with [gtk.icon_view.IconView.newWithArea] a [gtk.cell_area_box.CellAreaBox] will be used.
