this()

Creates a new #GtkTextChildAnchor. Usually you would then insert it into a #GtkTextBuffer with [gtk.text_buffer.TextBuffer.insertChildAnchor]. To perform the creation and insertion in one step, use the convenience function [gtk.text_buffer.TextBuffer.createChildAnchor].
