Connect to RecentShortcut signal.

The ::recent-shortcut signal is a [keybinding signal][GtkBindingSignal] which gets emitted when the user asks for it.

This is used to make the file chooser show the Recent location.

The default binding for this signal is Alt + R.

Parameters

`callback`	signal callback delegate or function to connect `void callback(gtk.file_chooser_widget.FileChooserWidget fileChooserWidget)` `fileChooserWidget` the instance the signal is connected to (optional)
`after`	Yes.After to execute callback after default handler, No.After to execute before (default)
