gstvideo.video_afdmeta.VideoAFDMeta bufferAddVideoAfdMeta(gst.buffer.Buffer buffer,  ubyte  field,  gstvideo.types.VideoAFDSpec spec,  gstvideo.types.VideoAFDValue afd)

Attaches #GstVideoAFDMeta metadata to buffer with the given parameters.

Parameters

`buffer`	a #GstBuffer
`field`	0 for progressive or field 1 and 1 for field 2
`spec`	#GstVideoAFDSpec that applies to AFD value
`afd`	#GstVideoAFDValue AFD enumeration

Returns

the #GstVideoAFDMeta on buffer.
