Aggregator.negotiate

bool negotiate()

Negotiates src pad caps with downstream elements. Unmarks GST_PAD_FLAG_NEED_RECONFIGURE in any case. But marks it again if #GstAggregatorClass::negotiate fails.

Returns

true if the negotiation succeeded, else false.
