gio.file.File newBuildFilenamev(string[] args)Constructs a #GFile from a vector of elements using the correct separator for filenames.
Using this function is equivalent to calling [glib.global.buildFilenamev], followed by [gio.file.File.newForPath] on the result.

Returns
a new #GFile
