OpenSSL TLS Implementation

This package provides TLS support using the OpenSSL library. It implements the eve.tls.api contract using OpenSSL's libssl/libcrypto.

This implementation can be used on Linux and other POSIX platforms where OpenSSL is available. It is not Linux-specific.
