BSD-specific Layer 1 event loop extensions.

This package provides BSD-specific implementations for EVE's event loop, including DNS resolution via the BSD resolver and platform-specific overrides for the shared kqueue event loop.

Platform Support:

• FreeBSD: Full support
• OpenBSD: Full support
• NetBSD: Full support
• DragonFlyBSD: Full support

This package is only meaningful on BSD platforms. On other platforms it produces an empty module.
