Shut the write direction down (SHUT_WR half-close).

Idempotent. Queued sends and a pending sendfile still flush before the FIN; subsequent sends are rejected and reads continue. When a graceful peer EOF was already delivered through onEof, the connection closes once the FIN is sent.
