Target _trustedDataCopyAs(Target, Q)(ref scope Q src) static @trustedReturns a copy of a qualified var's raw data union.
Trusted boundary for the copy constructors' documented shallow aliasing: lifetime checking cannot prove that borrowing the source's container references is sound - that relationship is the caller's responsibility under the module's documented aliasing model. The helper copies union bits and does nothing else; the qualifiers and scalar fields are always copied by value in @safe code.
