ddn.encoding

ddn.encoding — small, dependency-free binary codecs.

Home of the integer encoding foundation: zigzag (the total signed↔unsigned transform) and ddn.encoding.varint (checked unsigned base-128 varints over caller buffers). The package imports only ddn.result; there is no ddn.var dependency (design record doc/DDN-ENCODING.md).
