SysTime toSysTime(immutable TimeZone tz = null) const @safe

Converts to a SysTime (checked): exact for values aligned to 100 ns; inexact values throw.

Parameters

tzdisplay timezone for the result (default UTC). The instant is unaffected.

Throws

DateTimeException when the sub-100-nanosecond part is

nonzero — use toSysTimeTruncated for explicit loss.
