Opens a direct TCP/IP channel to a destination reachable from the server.

Opening a direct channel is the policy decision: the caller chooses the destination and whether to open at all. An empty or oversized endpoint fails the operation locally with a typed error before anything is sent.

Parameters

`host`	Destination host as seen by the server.
`port`	Destination port.
`originatorAddress`	Originator address reported to the server.
`originatorPort`	Originator port reported to the server.
`options`	Flow-control parameters for the channel; a default constructed value selects the recommended defaults.

Returns

A stable open operation driven by session pumping.
