adam.opDispatch
adam opDispatch(string name)() ref @safeRoute unknown identifiers to map entries (autovivifying like opIndex(string)): obj.foo = 1; stores key "foo", and obj.foo reads/creates it.
Warning: because any unknown identifier compiles, typos such as obj.lenght silently insert a NULL entry instead of failing. A const overload is provided below for lookup without insertion (it throws AdamKeyException for missing names).
