adam.opAssign

Assign from an arbitrary value, setting tag and payload.

Normalizations applied on assignment:

• const/immutable scalars are accepted like their mutable forms.
• All built-in string types (char[], wstring, dstring and their const/immutable variants) become a STRING adam - never an ARRAY-of-DCHAR.
• char/wchar normalize to DCHAR.
• real is stored as double.
• Any other array converts to an adam[] ARRAY.
