EveDtlsTimer.scheduleTimeout
void scheduleTimeout(Duration delay, void delegate() onTimeout) @trustedSchedules a timeout callback on the EVE event loop.
If a timeout is already scheduled, it is cancelled first. The callback is stored and invoked from a @safe nothrow EVE timer handler.
