ubyte[] wrapHandshakeMessage(HandshakeType msgType,  const(ubyte)[]  body,
           bool  intoTranscript =  true)

Wraps a handshake message body in a DTLS handshake header.

The message_seq on the wire is the value of the per-direction transmit counter (RFC 6347 §4.2.2), which is consumed by this call. Unless intoTranscript is false, the message is also hashed into the transcript with the same sequence number.

Parameters

`msgType`	The handshake message type.
`body`	The message body.
`intoTranscript`	Whether to hash this message into the transcript (false for the initial cookie-less ClientHello, which is excluded per RFC 6347 §4.2.1).

Returns

The complete handshake message with DTLS header.
