Selects the RSA SHA-2 signature algorithm for a server's advertised capability list.

Parameters

offeredThe comma-separated server-sig-algs value, or an empty string when the server sent no EXT_INFO.

Returns

The strongest advertised SHA-2 name, the SHA-512 default when

nothing was advertised, or null when the server accepts no SHA-2 signature at all.
