Parses a (decrypted or plaintext) openssh-key-v1 private section.

Parameters

`section`	Private section bytes (checkints, key, padding).
`parsedPublic`	Advertised public key.
`publicBlob`	Raw advertised public key blob.
`encrypted`	Whether `section` came from decryption; a checkint mismatch then means the passphrase was wrong rather than the file being malformed.

Returns

The adopted signer.

Throws

SshKeyPassphraseException on a checkint mismatch in an

encrypted section; SshKeyException otherwise.
