fnDHPrivateKey generateGroup14KeyPair(Random rng)

Generates one KEX round's local group14 key pair.

The returned private key holds the secret exponent and must be erased with DHPrivateKey.wipe (or ddn.crypto.kex.dh.DH.wipe) as soon as the shared secret exists.

Returns

The local private key over the group14 parameters.
