       out  ubyte[32]  x,  out  ubyte[32]  y)

Decodes and validates an RFC 5656 P-256 public point.

Only SEC 1 uncompressed encoding is accepted: 0x04 || x || y, with 32-byte coordinates. Coordinates must be in the field and satisfy the P-256 curve equation.

Parameters

`encoded`	Encoded point from the SSH string.
`x`	Receives the 32-byte x-coordinate.
`y`	Receives the 32-byte y-coordinate.

Returns

true when the encoding is a valid P-256 point.
