Pure D SSH-2 client protocol implementation.

The modules in this package implement the client side of the SSH-2 protocol suite - transport, key exchange, user authentication, and the connection protocol - behind the public contracts defined in ddn.api.net.ssh, using the cryptographic primitives provided by ddn-crypto.

The package is I/O- and event-loop-agnostic: all network interaction flows through caller-supplied transports, so the protocol engine can be driven by any event loop and unit-tested on in-memory transports.
