ptrdiff_t write(const(ubyte)[] data) @trustedQueues data for transmission on the underlying connection.
The adapter feeds EVE bounded pieces and may accept a prefix before queue pressure reports SshIoResult.WOULD_BLOCK. A returned positive count is the transport queue's acceptance, not peer acknowledgment, and the accepted prefix must not be resubmitted.
