void watchChannel(SshChannel channel, void delegate() onProgress)

Watches a channel for actual progress.

The delegate runs when the channel gains readable or extended data, or when a previously exhausted send window reopens. All dirty watchers run per pass in rotating order, so no channel is starved by a busy peer channel.

Parameters

`channel`	Channel to watch.
`onProgress`	Wakeup delegate; may call requestPump.
