EveSessionDriver.onPump
void onPump(void delegate() onPump) @propertySets an application hook invoked once after every pump pass.
The hook runs while pumping is guarded: it may inspect session state and start application work, but must not reenter the driver reentrantly (use requestPump, which coalesces). This is the event-driven replacement for periodic application polling.
