EveSessionDriver.armSessionDeadline

Arms a single timer for the session's reported deadline.

The session surfaces keepalive, rekey, and handshake deadlines through SshWaitState.hasDeadline; the driver wakes itself at the earliest one so timer-only progress needs no external polling.
