SftpClient.posixRename

SftpOperation!bool posixRename(const(ubyte)[] oldPath, const(ubyte)[] newPath)

Renames a path with POSIX replace semantics through posix-rename@openssh.com version 1.

Unlike rename, an existing destination is replaced atomically. No fallback to weaker operations is performed.

Parameters

oldPathCurrent path bytes.
newPathDestination path bytes.

Returns

An operation completed by the server status response.

Throws

SftpException when the extension is not advertised or

its version is not 1.
