Constructs a send operation on an accepted exec channel running the remote sink.

`channel`	Channel with the remote `scp -t` active; must outlive the operation and is never closed by it.
`options`	Send parameters; `sourceName` must be a safe single base name.
`source`	File data source asked for at most ScpLimits.bufferMax bytes at a time.

ScpException when options.sourceName is not a

safe base name (see isSafeLocalBaseName) or source is null.
