this(SshChannel channel, ScpReceiveOptions options)

Constructs a receive operation on an accepted exec channel running the remote source.

`channel`	Channel with the remote `scp -f` active; must outlive the operation and is never closed by it.
`options`	Receive parameters; `destinationPath` must be a non-empty path without NUL bytes and must not already exist, and `expectedName`, when set, must be a safe base name.

ScpException when the destination path is empty or

contains a NUL byte, or the expected name is not a safe base name.
