       const  char *  attr_name,  ubyte *  data)

Gets an unsigned char attribute.

Reads an attribute containing unsigned char values.

`loc_id`	Location identifier
`obj_name`	Name of the object containing the attribute
`attr_name`	Name of the attribute
`data`	Buffer to store the attribute data

Non-negative on success, negative on failure.
