Renders the frame Polars-style:

Column names and dtypes left-aligned, numeric values right-aligned and strings left-aligned (quoted); cell width is capped at sixteen characters with an ellipsis; more than ten rows elide the middle after five head and five tail rows. Empty frames render the shape line only.
