fnLazyFrame scanIpc(string path) @trusted

Opens an Arrow IPC file (.arrows, Feather V2) as a lazy scan source: the header and footer are read eagerly, then each record batch is sought and decoded on demand - one batch per pull, no whole-file materialisation. The admitted types mirror readIpc (the C Data tier's set); supported batches match the eager read in order and values; unsupported features and codecs reject naming themselves.
