renderColumn

Renders one column to cell text in one typed pass over its chunks: integers through the in-buffer decimal writer, temporals through the strict into-buffer formatters, floats through to!string (D's shortest round-trip, the documented precision), nulls as the policy's nullValue. No per-cell Series dispatch and no per-cell copies; the running row and byte counters make the offsets exact across chunks.
