Walks up to rowLimit data rows, joining every cell's candidate into per-column accumulators. Every walked row must hold exactly width fields (the inferred contract): the first mismatch errors with the line and both counts.

Parameters

`rows`	a `byRows` range positioned at a data row
`line`	the 1-based line number of `rows.front`
`width`	the schema width (header or first data row)
`read`	the reading policy
`tryParseTemporal`	whether temporal candidates are tested
`rowLimit`	the maximum data rows to walk

Returns

the per-column joined candidates.
