Fe25519 fromBytes(scope const(ubyte)[32] bytes) static pure nothrow @safe @nogc

Loads a field element from 32 little-endian bytes.

The most significant bit of the final byte is masked, as RFC 7748 requires for u-coordinate inputs; values that are non-canonical after masking (between p and 2^255 - 1) are accepted and behave as if reduced.
