Derives the Ed25519 public key of a private seed.

Applies the RFC 8032 section 5.1.5 derivation: SHA-512 expansion, clamping, reduction modulo the group order, and a constant-time base-point scalar multiplication.

Parameters

seed Exactly 32 bytes of private key seed.

Returns

The 32-byte compressed public key.
