The scalar-operand counterpart of guardedDivInto: a[i] op scalar, or scalar op a[i], with the guard on the divisor of that operand order.

Parameters

`T`	the element type (integral)
`R`	the result element type (`double` for `"/"`, `T` for `"%"`)
`op`	`"/"` or `"%"`
`a`	the Series operand
`scalar`	the broadcast operand
`scalarOnLeft`	`true` for `scalar op a[i]`
`outValues`	the destination, `a.length` elements
`outGuards`	the guard bits, at least `packedWords(a.length)` words

Returns

the number of guard words written.
