listSeries

Series listSeries(string name,  ArrayData child,  size_t[]  spans,
       bool[]  valid)

Builds a LIST Series over a pre-built child chunk, from spans.

`name`	the Series name
`child`	the sealed child chunk holding every list's elements in append order
`spans`	one entry per row: the list's element count, with nulls distinguished by `valid`
`valid`	one entry per row: whether the list is valid (null lists read false; empty lists read true)

the single-chunk LIST Series.

Series listSeries(E)(string name,  DataType element,
       Nullable!(E[])[]  values)

Builds a LIST Series from arrays of nullable element arrays, one flat child for the primitive element kinds.

`name`	the Series name
`element`	the element dtype (a primitive kind)
`values`	one entry per row: null (the whole list is null) or the element array (possibly empty)
