decimalFromCoeffs

Series decimalFromCoeffs(string name,  ubyte  precision,  ubyte  scale,
       Nullable!long[]  coeffs)

Builds a DECIMAL Series from raw int64 coefficients at a fixed precision/scale (values are coefficient * 10^-scale). The exact constructor for tests and benchmarks; decimalFromString parses decimal text.

Parameters

`name`	the Series name
`precision`	the storage digits (<= 18)
`scale`	the fraction digits
`coeffs`	one coefficient per row (nulls for null slots)

Returns

the single-chunk DECIMAL Series.

Throws

DataFrameException when precision exceeds 18 or scale

exceeds precision.
