Seals the chunk.

Parameters

precisionthe storage digits (validated against int64's 18)
scalethe fraction digits

Returns

the finished DECIMAL chunk.

Throws

DataFrameException on precision > 18 (Int128 arrives

with the 38-digit tier if asked).
